Our requirements:
- Kitchen with hob and oven- If this is not possible we can bring a gazebo and cook outside (there is an extra charge if this is required). If event is near, we may be able to deliver hot, negating the requirement for cooking facilities.

Please see our menu selection for the Thai buffet below. We can adapt most of the dishes for vegetarians, vegans and other dietary requirements.
If there is a dish not shown below that you would like to include, just let us know and we should be able to provide it.
Also if you happen to have any guests (or children) that are not lovers of Thai food, we will be able to provide an alternative.

- Vegan Tom Kla– Thai coconut milk soup with mushroom, galangal, and Thai herbs.

- Pad Kee Mao– Stir fried thick rice noodles with chilli, garlic, lime leaf, onions, and baby corn
- Pad Se Ew– Stir fried thick rice noodles with egg and green vegetables in a dark soy sauce.
Mains
All main course dishes can come with chicken, pork, beef, tofu, seafood or vegetable.
Curries
- Green curry– A very popular curry with bamboo shoots, aubergines & mixed peppers, Thai sweet basil & coconut milk.
- Red curry– Slightly hotter than green curry with bamboo shoots & aubergines
- Penang curry– A red curry mixed with peanuts. With bamboo shoots, aubergines & mixed peppers.
- Massamam curry– A mild curry with onion, potato, green & red pepper, roasted peanut sauce in coconut milk.
- Jungle curry– A spicy Thai curry with red chilli paste, bamboo shoots, aubergines, vegetables, Thai holy basil leaf & coconut milk.
- Yellow Curry– A mild curry with onion, potato, mixed peppers & coconut milk
Stir Fry Dishes
- Pad Kra Pow- Stir fried with fresh chilli, garlic, green beans, Mixed peppers and holy basil.
- Pad Prea Wan– Stir-fried sweet and sour with pineapple, mixed peppers, onion, and spring onion
- Pad Med Mamuang– Stir fried with cashew nuts, mushrooms, spring onions, mixed peppers and chilli paste.
- Pad Naman Hoi– Stir fried beef with onion, mushrooms, mixed peppers and spring onion in an oyster sauce.
- Pad Khing– Chicken with onion, mixed peppers, mushrooms and ginger in a light soy sauce.
- Pad Tofu– Tofu, mixed vegetables, garlic, ginger, and spring onions
- Laab Mhoo– Minced pork mixed with chilli, spring onions, shallots, lime & ground brown rice powder
